Being diabetic is so difficult to understand sometimes. I thought I just needed to take a pill and eat healthier, I did not think I would be sitting at my computer looking up exactly how to speed up metabolism so that the medicine and the changed diet will be worth it. The issue is, if you do not align your entire body, one of the steps are going to fall out from under your foot and the entire idea will collapse.
Losing weight is a huge deal when you are diabetic, of course. I am not saying it is not, but so is your metabolism. If you are putting in bad foods it is not going to matter how active your metabolism is, you will not lose any weight. So, making sure all 3 points are in order and important to each other. Just remember; diet, exercise, and metabolism are 3 important keys.
